In association with SHINKA Karate school, the students will learn the basic motions of karate.
Karate is a martial art of Japanese origin that focuses mainly on techniques of hand-to-hand striking, kicking, blocking and defensive positions.
Karate is practiced both as a competitive sport and as a form of self-defence or personal discipline.
